James Cullin writes of the first day:

Spirits were good on the picket line. I think our
numbers were strong at the North Campus.

There was surprisingly little traffic going into the
college.

I stopped William's car and chatted him up on the
line. As you might imagine he was a gentleman.

I got a lot of exercise walking the line, and then I
walked home which was another 3 kms ... so I view this as an opportunity to meet people from other divisions and a chance to get some good exercise.
